Introduction

Built on the site of the historic Free Trade Hall is the Radisson Edwardian Manchester Hotel. Previously home to the Halle symphony orchestra, statues of former performers top a stunning atrium in reception and artifacts are displayed throughout. Conveniently located directly opposite Gmex and MICC center, the facade of the Free Trade Hall has been kept intact, whilst a beautiful 14 story contemporary building rises impressively behind offering unique views over the city's urban landscape.

		Guest Rooms The 263 luxurious rooms and suites at this central Manchester hotel have been designed for relaxation and work, with its rich décor and marble bathrooms. All rooms have High-Speed and Wireless Internet Access, Bang and Olufsen entertainment systems and advanced telephone systems. Bathrooms are clad in Scandinavian slate and are divided into separate wet and dry areas; the wet area features a walk-in shower, bath and toilet, while the dry zone has a free standing wash bowl, a stylishly illuminated mirrored dressing area and walk-in wardrobe.

Under the direction of head chef David Sharp, Opus One serves innovative modern British food that blends the best of local produce, presented in a modern, contemporary way. The surroundings are dramatically theatrical, with soaring ceilings, velvet red walls, high gloss black woodwork, antique gold wall coverings and bespoke furniture in black crocodile skin hide. Opus One bar, with its play on a 'glamorous Manhattan' provides the perfect destination to sip cocktails and enjoy company. Opening times Daily 12:00-2:30 & 18:00-22:30 ALTO Alto Restaurant opens to the public on June the 8th. Sit back and enjoy dining al fresco style as you choose from a diverse menu featuring light meals, fulfilling specialty sandwiches and classic menu items. With ceiling to floor windows and a new terrace for al fresco dining, Alto Restaurant is the perfect place to enjoy some summer specialities with a glass of your favourite Sauvingnon Blanc or Rosé. 		Conference & Convention Facilities This is Manchester's largest venue with natural daylight. Located in the centre of the city, this 5 star hotel has 18 fully equipped meeting rooms and 1 major conference room, catering for up to 550 people in one meeting. Each room is purposely designed to offer maximum flexibility and state of the art facilities.
