RADISSON EDWARDIAN ADVANTAGE MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
1. Guest Room Benefits:
A. Members shall be entitled to receive 10-15% off B.A.R. on all room categories. A valid Membership Card number must be quoted at the time of reservation. Subject to availability. Member need not be present at time of guest check-in to qualify for the above rate. Transferable.
B. One (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary night stay. This non-transferable benefit is valid based on advance reservation, space availability and restrictions on allocated rooms. Reservation must be made no more than thirty (30) days in advance. Subject to availability. Non-Transferable.
C. Two (2) “Free Upgrade” certificates each entitling Member to a complimentary upgrade to next category room for duration of stay per certificate; subject to advance bookings, availability and applicable to only “paid” nights. Not valid when using any complimentary night certificate(s), excluding any upgrades to suites. Non-Transferable.
D. Two (2) 50% off rack rate certificates entitling Member to 50% off floating rack rate. A valid membership card number must be quoted at the time of reservation. Subject to availability. Non-Transferable.
E. Flexible check in, not to exceed four (4) hours before posted time if available.
F. Flexible check out, not to exceed four (4) hours after posted time if available.
Guest Room Benefits are not valid for bookings through travel agents or for group bookings. Members need not be present at the time of their guests’ check-in. Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to space availability restrictions. Membership number must be provided upon time of advance reservation for Member and/or guest.
2. Dining Benefits:
Each restaurant at Hotel shall honor Memberships and provide the discount described below for a minimum of two (2) persons with no restriction on the maximum number of persons. Members shall receive a discount equal to a fraction, the numerator of which is one and the denominator of which is the number of persons dining (e.g., a fifty percent (50%) discount on the total food purchased by the Member and one guest, a one-third (33-1/3%) discount to a Member and two guests). Max one membership card per table. Members dining alone shall receive a 15% discount.
Hotel restaurants shall accept payment from Members in the form of each acceptable credit card or other form of payment accepted from the general public for the total bill, after crediting the Member with the applicable Membership discount. All food must be purchased during the restaurants’ operating hours, and ordered from the restaurants’ regular menu, including any and all special menus, attachments, or “clip-ons.”
The discount shall not be applied to (a) alcoholic beverages; (b) applicable taxes; (c) orders made off-premises or through room service; and (d) discounted dining specials or Hotel promotions independent of the Membership Program.

3. Health Club & Spa Benefits
Member shall receive 10% discount off any Health Club and/or Spa Services at Radisson Edwardian Manchester Hotel. Member needs to be an in-house guest at time of service. Certain spa treatment restrictions apply. Subject to availability. Non-Transferable.
4. Additional Membership Certificates:
* Referral Card Incentive:
Members shall receive one (1) referral card form entitling member to a £25 voucher upon submission of names of five (5) friends or colleagues that may be solicited for potential membership. Non-transferable.
* Renewal Incentive:
Members shall receive one (1) £25 dining certificate, upon renewal of annual membership, to be enjoyed at Radisson Edwardian Manchester restaurants. Non-transferable.
* Complimentary Birthday Certificate:
Member shall receive one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary bottle of house wine to be enjoyed during the week of their Birthday. Bottle may not be removed from restaurant. Non-transferable.
* Complimentary Anniversary Certificate:
Member shall receive one (1) certificate valid for one (1) complimentary bottle of house wine or two (2) glasses of champagne to be enjoyed during the week of their Wedding Anniversary. Bottle may not be removed from restaurant. Non-transferable.
* Sunday Brunch Certificates:
Member shall receive one (1) certificate valid for a complimentary Sunday brunch for two (2). Not valid for Valentine’s Weekend, Mother’s Day, Easter, Father’s Day, Christmas Day or New Year’s Day. Non-Transferable.
* Hotel Certificates:
Member shall receive one (1) certificate valid for £25 to be used anywhere in the Hotel. Certificate cannot be combined with restaurant discount, or any other program certificates. Non-Transferable.
* Complimentary Bottle of House Wine for Table of 4
Member shall receive four (4) certificates valid for one (1) complimentary bottle of house wine, pursuant to local liquor laws, when member dines with 3 (party of 4). Bottle may not be removed from restaurant. Member must be 21 years of age. Non-transferable.
* Meetings & Banquets Certificates:
Each Member shall receive one (1) certificate valid for 5% off total catering/banquets bill with any meeting booked with a maximum purchase of up to 20 delegates. Not valid with any other discounts or promotions. Transferable.
